This has "Sodium Tallowate" in it. Sodium Tallowate is made by combining the fatty tissue (or tallow) of animals, such as cattle and sheep with lye typically sodium hydroxide. When the fatty acid combines with the lye it saponifies or is turned into soap. Why would they use fatty tissue of animals when there are so many other ingredients they could use. We will not buy anymore products. This is gross and not okay!!
My husband loves the original Irish Spring bar soap, it is the only soap he will use. I never have coupons for that product and he will not use the shower liquid soap. Please provide printable coupons for the bar soap on your website. Thank you
I WOULD BUY IRISH SPRING AGAIN FOR THE BATH SIZE BARS

I know you claim this as a man's deodorant but my husband and I have both used Irish Spring for many years (40+ years) until recently when you reduced the size of the bars to a travel size. You need to bring back the 5 oz. (or even larger) BATH SIZE BARS. I read what you told another user about the costs going up. That is understandable but why not raise the price of the bath size bars. If you must package these travel size bars for people you feel won't pay more, then do so. I normally pinch pennies, but when I like something, a certain brand, I don't mind gradual increases in prices. All of you companies do this. You're making packages on everything, groceries and toiletries, smaller and smaller. I guess you think if you leave the price the same and reduce the product, we, your consumers don't have sense enough to know what you're doing. The sad part is, after you do this, you still go up on prices so why not just do it to begin with and give us what we want, what we like. I can tell you this, as much as I love Irish Spring soap I will not buy any more until you start back manufacturing BATH SIZE BARS!
I use it every day for decades, and I have probably a 10 year supply of bars stored at my homes, BUT you KEEP making the bars smaller and smaller. STOP IT! You succeeded in shrinking a 5 oz bar down to 4.5, 4.0, 3.75, and now... 3.7 oz??? RIDICULOUS!!! I remember when some soaps were 7 oz! I HAD TO SWITCH TO ZEST, which offered bars 25% bigger, from 4 to 5.0 oz! BO BACK TO 5.0 oz bars! You can keep the 3 or 3.7 oz for HAND soap.
