Target Italian Style frozen vegetables was one of my favorites , I bought at least 4 bags a week. Now the sudden increase in price from 79 cents per 12oz bag to $1.19 per 12oz. bag. I will not be stocking up on these vegetables weekly anymore. Disappointed with Target's price increase!!!!!!!!!

I love this mix and buy bags and bags of it (currently 79¢! An incredible value), and I haven't really found a comparable mix from other brands. I really don't understand the negative review. Every bag I've purchased has a nice mix (certainly never anywhere even close to "85% green beans"; see attached photo!). I put some peanut/cocoa powder over it and spray it with sesame oil, which probably sounds like a weird mix but tastes amazing. Thank you, Target! You knocked it out of the park on this one. Tip: I typically open these bags by attempting to pull the ends apart until the seal splits, but that's not easy with these. However, it's easy to tear open the bag along the zig-zag cut--but only one end of the bag has it.

It's a nice mix of vegetables, evenly distributed. The quality of the vegetables was very good--better by far than some Birds-Eye packages I've recently bought. I don't have high expectations from frozen veggies, and these were certainly not as good as fresh, but they were better than I expected and very inexpensive. I don't see many Italian style mixes, so the variety is also nice.

I was excited when I saw this blend & bought three bags. When I opened the first cooked bag, I saw it was about 85% green beans that were so tough I could have used them to sole my running shoes, about 10% carrots and the rest a mix of a few slices of yellow squash, two tiny bits of broccoli florets, some broccoli stalks, and the entire mess was absoultely flavor free. The other two bags were just as bad. No matter how hard I tried, I could not make this mess edible. Don't waste your money on this mess that looks (and tastes) like the garbage that's thrown out after the good vegetables have been cut.
