Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen. Vegetables need to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Microwave: Do not puncture or open before microwaving. 1. Massage bag to evenly distribute vegetables. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave oven. 2. Microwave on high as directed in chart. Select time for the wattage of your microwave (If wattage is unknown, start with directions for 1100 watts and add time until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.). Microwave: 700 watts: 7 minutes; 900 watts: 6 minutes; 1100 watts: 5 minutes. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully. Stovetop: Heat vegetables and 1/2 cup water to boiling in medium saucepan; stir. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot throughout. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Keep package for reference.
