This is garbage. I needed to wet the felt side to get it to show up and it still hardly worked. The pencil side didn’t glide at all and broke off. I’m returning it immediately. Don’t buy this. All the good reviews are from people who got the product through a promo

The worst eye liner I’ve ever used. Both sides didn’t work the first time but unfortunately I threw the packaging away so I couldn’t return. The felt side is a weird material for the tip, and it has no liner liquid in it at all. It leaves a very feint, pale trace of light gray instead of black. No matter how you press, nothing ever comes out, even if left downward to left the makeup drip down. The pencil liner side is also super dry and waxy and not a deep black at all. It pulls at the skin and doesn’t leave much pigment. For how expensive it was, I am super disappointed that I spent that much on a dud. I wouldn’t recommend this brand at all! It’s the second flip I’ve had now with Jason Wu, and usually I love more natural options.

This dual ended eyeliner is great. You can do really sharp lines with the fine tip end. It glides really well and dries quickly. The other end is great for thicker lines and creating a smudgy look. It doesn't skip and goes on smooth. It's two products in one which means one less thing to carry so very convenient for travel or being on-the-go.

Thought this would be an awesome product to just toss in my bag for on the go. Used the felt tip portion on one eye. It would not apply over my eye shadow on my other eye. Worked fine when I tried to swatch it on my hand, but wouldn't apply over my eye shadow. If you're looking to draw on you hand or on a clean eyelid then this is great, but if you want to use it on top of anything, don't waste your money.

I like the liquid eyeliner for the top of my eyelid, and the dry one for my waterline. This eyeliner has the best of both worlds, one on each end. The liquid eyeliner at times can come out weak, I don’t know if I should leave it down so that the liquid can set. But I did have a hard time a few times for the liquid to flow. The pencil part was amazing, it comes out really good and dark.

It applies so smooth that anyone can use this. I struggle doing my own makeup but with this eyeliner, I can do it and looks like I have been doing it for years. My boys are in a lot of sports during the summer where I sweat alot and this amazing eyeliner last the whole time. This is my now favorite eyeliner! I'd definitely recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always on the hunt for an eye pencil that lasts all day, that is easy to sharpen and that does not smudge. This one checks all of the boxes for me. This Jason Wu pencil is “intense black”. It is is cruelty free, gluten free, parabens free, sulfate free, phythalates free and even fragrance free. It is also a vegan product. When put on very carefully, this did not smudge (a must for me). It has more of a matte finish to it. The felt tip portion had a learning curve for sure (directions are on the box), but once accomplished, I loved how dark and bold this part of the pencil was. Flawless! I liked how this was pretty easy to use. I find that with pencils that aren’t as high quality as this one, you have to go over multiple times for the color to show up. Not the case with this one. With either side, going over it just once works for the first application. The pencil stayed on my eye most of the day. During a 10 hour work day, I had to apply towards the end of the day. It started to fade, but reapplying only took a second. I wish it would’ve lasted just a bit longer. A bonus is that it is water resistant. You do not even have to sharpen the pencil side (just twist), and it has lasted quite a while without me needing to replace this pencil. Good quality, water resistant and easy to use. Recommended!

Liquid eyeliner is my all the time favorite to use as I think it glides on better and gives a cleaner line. This liquid liner does not disappoint!
