I got these in early 2022 and it’s now early 2023. These are definitely worth the money! I use them every day at work and they have done great. Even after a year the battery life has held up the speakers have held up and still sound like they are new. The case for the most part has held up after about 6 months of opening and closing the case the single magnet that keeps the case closed failed on me but in my opinion that’s not a huge concern with how well the earbuds stay in the case. Those magnets still work as if they were new out of the box! Overall even with the case magnet failing on me I still give them 5 stars because they still charge still hold battery life in both the case and buds even after a year! Would recommend them to anyone!

I got these headphones about five months ago and I loved them at first until the right one stopped working for no reason. Restarted them. Charged them. Cleaned them. Nothing. Their advice needs to improve but the sound quality when they worked was perfectly fine

I love my Jlab True Wireless earbuds that I’ve been using for last five+ years. The sound is excellent, specially because it seals in the The sound and quality is a great bargain for the price. I love these so much I have two to trade off for constant listening while the other set is charging. Unfortunately they are useless now as they are dead and the charging case will no longer charge when connected to a USB port. Why is this happening? I first noticed issues when connecting the charging end and the charging indicator failed to light properly. I would have to fiddle with the case’s position, connect/disconnect every which way until the light comes on and I start getting a charge. This got progressively worse until one died, and then I had to use one case to charge both sets of earbuds. The same thing has not happened to my second case and not my earbuds are sadly useless. How can this be fixed??? I would love to give 5 stars for this product but can’t due to the malfunctioning that renders the product useless.

I purchased these and was pleased with the quality. My only issue is even with the smaller tips, they seem to fall out my ear, if I'm not sitting still. I will only use them at home for fear of losing them.

These have been sitting on my shelf in the box for the past year or so since one of them stopped charging not long after getting them. I was getting ready to throw them in the trash today but decided to first warn people of the poor quality of these products. I probably didn't use them 10 times before they stopped working.

These are my third pair. No problems with any of them, only bought new pairs when I lost one or broke one. They hold up to sweat, vibration, shock, abuse, rain, washer AND DRYER!! Just be advised that they don't appear to hold up well when crushed by a car in the street. Sound is just fine for an earbud when fitted properly, outdoors or under my moto helmet.

Earbud pairs never fully working. Have had a total of 4 buds and only 1 regularly works. Very poor product. Look elsewhere.
