JENSEN AM/FM Alarm Clock Radio - Black

The green of the light is so bright it lights up the room. The alarm is so difficult to use- not obvious how to set the alarm or turn it off.

One of the lights was broken..... didn't illuminate. Too bright at night for what I am looking for.

I like item fairly well. It has better, more understandable instructions than others I looked at. And I like the different colors for all the function keys, versus the rest of the unit. One thing I had hope for, was that the "Radio Alarm" would be loud enough to wake me up (across a 14ft) room, it is NOT.

Piece of junk, do not buy.

I was the one who ranted about the radio-tuner being unusable (would not stay tuned on a station). Last week, after I'd used it as an amplifier for my iPad, I happened to unplug that input wire-- and I discovered that the radio tuner is now working. This is in the same room as before. Maybe a neighbor had been using some kind of electronic equipment that jammed it, before??? This is quite a puzzle to me. I had definitely tried using it on multiple days, originally! So now it's a decent little radio. (I use it in the bathroom.)

The clock is great but the e-mail asking me to review it did not come with an Unsubscribe link.

OK, after at least a month, my conclusion is that something is defective in the radio-tuner on this: even taped-down, even after "warming up", even moving the antenna-wire every which way, it can't be relied on to tune in a station clearly. (Sometimes yes, sometimes no.) It DOES have reasonably clear sound, if an outside-device is plugged into the line-in port. But since I prefer to have radios in different rooms tuned to the same station, listening thru an iPad in one of the rooms is not synchronized with the actual broadcast.

radio didn't work, very shoddy, piece of junk, sent it back. don't bother.

Not a very good quality radio, which I needed.

Works great just a plain alarm clock
