Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturizer, In-Shower Self Tanner Body Lotion

This product works great!!! I do not use it on wet skin though. I dry off from showering and use it as that day's moisturizer. Blending in really well. Used sparingly around knees and ankles. Be sure there is no moisturizer in your shower product. That will cause blotches and streaking. I also exfoliate twice a week. It helps blend the color. Overall a win!!!

I am a super fan of Jergens Glow Products -have been for years now. Their face tanner is my daily moisturizer, and I use their Glow body moisturizer at least 3 times a week. I was excited when I saw their new Wet Skin moisturizer. But what an ICKY disappointment !!! I have a "process' I use after applying Glow products...buff while showering ,then naked with fans on doing chores for first hour, next I'll sit (akwardly 😆) for at least another hour watching tv or reading, then pj's on, another two hours it's bedtime. I noticed when applying the Wet Glow was much more liquidy (?) than regular Glow, hmm? Then after fans/chores it was still incredibly greasy and tacky, so I fanned an additional hour. Still very tacky, so I perched instead of sitting for two hours, STILL very tacky but put pj's on. At bedtime? Still tacky and kinda greasy. Stuck to my pj's all night and woke up to a sticky, schmeery, streaky mess. Tried again a few days later (maybe I did something wrong..?) NOPE! Still same nasty results. Tried one last time...same mess. It also has a fragrance much different than their other tanners...and not in a good way. Stay away. You'll be paying more for a smaller amount -and feeling gross!

This definitely adds some color and I saw it after two uses. Unfortunately it was streaky and orange. They aren’t kidding when they say “use sparingly on elbows, knees, wrists and ankles.” I don’t love the smell either so I will be returning.

Doesn’t work. I got medium to dark and I’ve seen no tan develop. Waste of money.

All self tanners can be streaky.... but if you apply correctly it will come out beautifully. Out of the ones ive tried (from jergens and a few other brands) this is my favorite. I have dry, very fair, sensitive skin (26y old) and I use it neck down--never on my face. The other jergens ones also show up nicely but have a funkier smell. This one is much more pleasant and light. I know it says wet skin but i wouldnt recommend putting it on in the shower like it says...i tried that a few times just to see and it comes out very streaky. Just use it like a regular self tanner. Ive repurchased and used this for years and what i do every few days to maintain my tan is: exfoliate w a body scrub all over my body & shave, then when i get out of the shower: dry off, apply a layer of regular lotion all over first (crucial for avoiding streakiness no matter what brand of self tanner), then apply this but avoid elbows, armpits, feet and knees completely, then wash your hands well. Has yet to fail me.

Have been using natural glow for YEARS to help with a base tan so thought I’d give this a try. This was awful. Huge drip causing weird discoloration of my legs. So next I tried drying off first and the drips got worst. Throwing this out and going back to the OG

I didn’t notice a difference with looking more tan

This stuff is great! It really gives more of a subtle glow than a tan. I mainly just use it to keep my self tanner looking good and lasting longer.

Great product, easy to use without having to worry about staining clothes, sheets, etc. and applies evenly making your tan look natural. I’ve started using this in the fall for the last few years and have been able to maintain my natural tan from the summer for much longer and keep from getting super pale in the winter.

Great for every day use. Leaves a natural looking tint that’s easy to apply.

LOVE this self tanning cream! Best of all I have tried over the years. It doesn’t dry my skin out. I have dry skin to begin with and this is very hydrating. The fragrance is amazing and doesn’t have a bad smell like all the other self tanners. I’m going to stock up just in case it runs low on inventory.

Pro: made my body look naturally tanned & it blended nicely. Cons: apparently I have sensitive skin because this product made me break out with acne in the places I’ve never had acne before, so I discontinued it and the acne went away.

This looked like such a great option for my fair skin, but unfortunately it didn’t work out. Purchased the fair to medium tone, and followed directions listed in the back. It left patchy zones on my legs, which was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend for fair skin.

Streaks horribly, smells bad, definitely returning.

Followed instructions and still got streaky results. Scent isn’t the greatest and it lingers for a long time.

No streaks perfect consistent tan all over. Just follow the instructions correctly and you’ll be good!

It is best to dab excess water off before applying. Pleasant sent. absorbs well. doesnt leave skin feeling wet.

Goes from zero to orange in a millisecond and will not come off. Streaky, blotchy, and skin feels clammy and gross well after it’s dried.

Very easy to use product. It can leave streaks, so make sure you rub it in really well. It is hard to know because it’s a moisturizer and just rubs in. It does have a yellow tone, which is more obvious in artificial lighting. It looks better in natural sunlight.
