Q: you say its not water proof but what if it starts raining while riding it to your destination, will it effect its power in that shirt term riding?

A: Hi Repoman. Because the Axel is electrical, water may affect the function of your bike. The amount of water also determines the extent of damage as well. A small drizzle may not harm anything, but a downpour may ruin your bike.

Q: Is this Jetson axle Water Proof? Like for instance I left it outside for a bit and then it rained will it still work?

A: Hi Chris! We do not recommend leaving the bike out in the rain or outside in the elements at all, as it is not waterproof. It should be stored in a dry area that doesn't get too cold or too hot.

A: The Axle 12" does require partial assembly once it's taken out of the box (you must attach and secure the seat, the pedals, and the fenders). Pages 12-20 of the product manual (here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2530/6734/t/13/assets/AXLE-12MANUAL-web-1631902094572.pdf) show how to do this assembly. It's minimal effort and should be pretty easy to do. We hope this helps. Thanks for choosing Jetson!

I get about 6 miles on a full charge rather than the 15 as advertised. I can extend it a bit more by using pedal assist too

Bike itself is very nice. Even for a 5’11 215 pound guy it sits and rides well, but the only issue I have is target definitely sent me a returned model. The body has gouges in certain areas, the back tire guard has the wrong bolts and I didn’t even have any of the right hardware to adjust the (wrong) bolts that we’re already installed by the previous owner. All said and done bike is 10/10 but target ability to at least verify proper hardware is a 5/10 at best

I bought this model for its compact size and high reviews for commuting around the city? Absolutely excellent fits into the trunk of the car. Can easily be transported and taken and stored into a corner without taking up much room the battery last quite a bit longer than I expected. Still going strong. The little motor seems to be very well put together. I have not had any issues with this bike whatsoever. I am at 215 pound person 5’10” tall and it doesn’t seem to mind me at all. I would highly recommend this little bike to anyone makes for a great little bike to allow your children to ride to school as well. Enjoy the outdoors and get you one.

I bought this in Dec for Christmas and it has gone flat twice in less than 3 months. Warranty has had to send out tires to me. Waiting on a set now. Would recommend the bike not the tires.

We bought one of these at Christmas for my 15 year old Grandson and it was instant love! He rides his e-bike non stop even in freezing weather he throws on gloves and keeps riding even his mom and dad hop on for a ride. Great value great fun and he loves the speed and battery life and it charges fast . This is a great buy for teens to adults this is my grandsons prize possession!! I’m 58 and thinking for one for myself and husband !

I bought this bike several months ago and used it all the time. There's many different ways to ride it. Unfortunately other people wanted it from me and were trying to buy it and I refused,so someone stole it and I'm devastated. I do highly recommend this bike. I don't have a photo since It is gone :(

I bought this bike sp I could get to work, the store etc while I don't have a car and gas prices are crazy. I instantly fell in love with it. There's many ways to ride it and it took me a few rides tp figure that out.it goes fast on throttle, but for me , close to 30 mph while also pedaling with throttle.People kept asking me if they could buy it from me, and it was always a HARD NO. Well recently it got stolen from me and I'm beyond devastated. I am buying one as soon as I get another job and can pay for it.im 5'3" feelt ,135, 39f. But the seat adjusts for taller riders as well. Our 1st e-bike and we love it. Love the headlight/brake lights feature, safety first. Getting it up and running was simple and quick. No major issues to report, however, would like it if pedal rod/crank was slightly sturdier and easier to find. Had the bike fall on its side once and it was bent to the point it was difficult to pedal. Finding a replacement part was impossible, but fortunately I was able to repair the damage. Would recommend having replacement parts available at your online store or beef up the rod a bit. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

This is my 2nd bike & man I have had no issues(knock on wood).I work at the airport & whoever works there knows it’s either the bus or u find another way & for me this is my transportation. I have a couple coworkers who have purchased a bike for themselves & theirs kids & they love it so I’d definitely recommend to everybody.

For the price this is an excellent e-Bike. I purchased this for my son's best friend so that he could keep up with my son's NIU e-scooter which does 17 mph. This e-Bike keeps up and he loves it. Full charge only takes a couple hours. It's very sturdy. Although I found it to be a little on the heavy side my 13 year old son can carry it up a flight of stairs. Only took about 20 minutes to put together. Instructions aer very well done. Highly recommended.
