A: Hi Repoman. Because the Axel is electrical, water may affect the function of your bike. The amount of water also determines the extent of damage as well. A small drizzle may not harm anything, but a downpour may ruin your bike.

A: The Axle 12" does require partial assembly once it's taken out of the box (you must attach and secure the seat, the pedals, and the fenders).
