A: Hi Crystal. We do not recommend charging your hoverboard overnight, as you are overcharging the battery, and this will lead to battery depletion. As per the product manual (listed here on page 9: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2530/6734/t/13/assets/MOJOMANUAL-Web-1670257980286.pdf) we only recommend charging the Mojo for up to 5 hours at a time. Please try the steps below to connect your Mojo hoverboard to Bluetooth: 1) Using the power button, turn on your Jetson product. 2) In the settings section of your phone or handheld tablet to make sure that Bluetooth® is enabled. 3) In the Bluetooth® settings section of your phone or tablet, look for your Jetson product and select it. Play music. Ride. Enjoy.
