Q: Can it go up / down small inclines and in the grass?

A: No, not on grass at all and it struggles on inclines! My son is 29 lbs. Ours was fully charged and is brand new and the second my son took it off the concrete patio and onto grass, it hardly moved at all. Our grass is not long..it's December and the grass is short and flattened. Our yard is not bumpy either.

A: Hello there! • Use the provided tool to open the battery compartment under the seat of the Trooper. • Push down and turn to secure, then lift the seat. • Connect the Positive lead ( Red ) to the battery. • Ground lead ( Black ) will already be connected. • Charge the battery by connecting to the Charge Port located under the Trooper accelerator. • Make sure the unit is powered off before plugging in to charge. • Choose Forward / Reverse setting. • Press down on the foot pedal to accelerate. • Remove to stop. -- Make Moves

I bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday. She was super excited!! We only got one ride out of it and now it won't charge anymore. really disappointed. Don't waste your money. The battery is part of the vehicle so there's no way to replace it.

I can not hook the wire to the battery I finally open the metal part on the red cord to fit on the battery pack under the seat I had to force it on metal part it's on there but it still haven't came on yet my child going be do disappointed and so and I'm for Xmas

My little boy loves this! And was a great birthday gift! The only 3 downfalls are you must bring the entire thing in to charge because the battery doesn’t come out, it doesn’t go very fast, and the battery life isn’t very long at all! But it’s perfect for our little guy and the battery dying usually happens at the perfect moment and makes it easier to get him in for dinner and chores!

We found the Trooper Eletric ride on searching for our 3 yrls old. For his b day he got 3 on none were good for him. He too tall for most toddler bikes and yet only 3! I was skeptical bu I bought it because he wanted one as all his playdate friends had one. We got it and POW perfect height, perfect speed for them fast for us mom to chase after them lol and he Loves it !!! did not know about Jetson products before but will continue to purchase our active toys form them.
