  • A: Thanks for asking! The current Nova Swing was not recalled. An earlier version was voluntarily recalled in 2024, primarily to update warnings and labeling around infant sleep, along with changes to the toys. There were no reported incidents or injuries, and the recall was not related to a failure of the swing’s frame or mechanism. The current Nova is a newer model and is not part of that recall. Thanks!

Great swing

We got this gifted a couple months ago and love it! It just stopped swinging out of nowhere. We have tried taking it apart, putting it back together, and doing everything we can to make it work again but it won’t swing. My baby loves her swing and we’re sad that it stopped working.
