José María Carabante es profesor de Filosofía del Derecho en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y colaborador en diversos medios culturales. Dirige, además, la sección de crítica de libros de ensayo en la Agencia de Prensa Aceprensa. Doctor en Derecho y doctor en Filosofía, ha escrito diversas obras sobre pensamiento filosófico contemporáneo, entre las que destaca "Entre la esfera pública y la política discursiva", "Mayo del 68", "La suerte de la cultura" y "Perfiles filosóficos".
