The Threshold Round Soap Dispenser Pump adds a classic look to your kitchen workspace while providing easy access to liquid hand soap at the kitchen sink. A sleek, brushed nickel finish lends a classic look and feel to this handy kitchen accessory.
Bought this dispenser about a year ago. The screw on cap for this dispenser nests inside the rim which makes it hard to grip the pump to twist it open. I filled and refilled it once with a little difficulty; tried to refill it again, but the cap was tough to open because of the soap-metal corrosion and rust. As a result, I ended up mistakingly snapping off the spout just trying to grip it. Went today to find a replacement, and I saw one at Target with its spout also snapped off. The dispenser is cute, but I opted for something with a more normal screw on cap this time. Would not recommend.
I bought this dispenser about a month ago and have had no issues with it. I use it daily and it is perfect for the space and continues to pump even after refilling. I would highly recommend purchasing these in the store because many I looked at had cracked bottoms and I was able to choose one that was in solid condition.
It looks sleek but it took me a while to figure out how to open it like others have said. I thought it was interesting with how it opens, not traditional. That's really the only good thing about it, besides actually holding soap. My issue is when I use the pump, sometimes it's like there's air in it or something. The bottle is definitely filled with soap but it pumps like it's practically empty-similar to when you're sucking at the straw of a just about empty drink and you get the tiny bits of liquid left. On top of that, it leaves the soap dripping out a lot after pumping.
I gave it one star because you can't give it no stars! I bought this and could not figure out how to open it, once I did I filled it and when I went to refill it I couldn't get it open. You have to twist it by the nozzle which is not good it is cheaply made and by the second refill it was broken. The inside got all gunked up and it was a waste of $12.00. Don't waste your money it is very poorly made!!!
Love this soap pump! I bought two - one for soap and one for lotion. They look really nice in my bathroom, and I can't believe they were only $13 each! I also bought cute little Soap and Lotion labels from Etsy so differentiate between the two.
Very functional so far. Based on other reviews and the way it opens to refill, I will be sure not to over tighten the top and hope that it lasts. Very attractive and easy to know when to fill. I gave up on auto dispensers with batteries. So far this is easy, reliable and glad I purchased.
