Q: Why is it called wireless if you need an aux cord to use it? An aux cord is a wire is it not?

Q: Is this product supposed to come with the USB cable and the SD card flash drive it shows in the picture? mine did not have either in box.

Q: I recently purchased this item and plugged it into the charger port in my 2001 Ford F150, yet the music from my phone did not play. What do I do?
