Kala Crosshatch Area Rug - Safavieh

This rug looks better in person. I’m using it in the bathroom, it brightens up the room.

Loved this rug initially. It’s soft, beautiful and had zero smell. Unfortunately, after only having it a few months, it just doesn’t hold up to traffic in the living room (it’s just my husband and me - no kids, no pets). I’ve gently vacuumed and cared for it properly and it still has pulls and entire parts of the rug that are just now gone. Not sure if I got a dud or if other reviewers were just lucky. But I didn’t have the “lasts a long time” experience. I had the lasts a few months few months experience sadly.

I've had this rug for 5 years. It's lived first in our bedroom and now the living room. It's held up nicely. When we moved it to the living room, we flipped it and wa-la! Looking even fresher since it's the same on both sides. The texture of the rug somewhat repels liquid (it beads up on it). Mind you, it will soak in, but we've been able to blot up a lot of stuff. Only caution is to make sure your vacuum isn't on high-suck (I have a release where I can make the "suck" power a bit softer) because it can end up sucking up some tufts. And if you're putting it somewhere like a hallway, you need something underneath. We use it under the bed and couch so it's fine as it.

Love this rug. We're using it as our dining room rug. I don't find it dizzying at all, but I could see how it might be in a more open space (we have a dining table & chairs to offset the pattern a bit). I've been using a vacuum to clean it with no issues.

This rug is very nice and well-made. It is a little lighter in color than I thought it would be, but it serves our purpose, so we're keeping it. Delivery was scheduled about 10 days out from the order, but the rug came several days sooner, so that was a nice surprise. This was a standard, uneventful order, and we are quite pleased with the result.

Great rug!! Highly recommend!! Stain resistant too! Our puppy walks on this rug since it is close to his room in the mudroom and it still looks clean! It looks true to color too!

Loved this rug. Perfect for my daughters dorm room. Soft and doesn’t seem to slip on the floor. My only complaint is that I had to buy in a bigger size and found it much cheaper outside of Target.

A nice quality rug but too busy for our taste. Another reviewer mentioned how it has a dizzy-ing effect and it definitely does. We will be returning.

So far, I have no complaints about this rug! It's very soft and I love the design. I've only vacuumed it once and was very pleased to know it wasn't damaged. I would recommend to raise your vacuum so the bristles dont touch the fabric.

Very nice rug. The thickness and softness is just right for my two year old daughter's room. Love the pattern and the orange color is nice, not too bright. It is a little darker than what the picture portrays though.

We bought the navy 6x9 rug to put under our kitchen table. We love it. Great purchase.

You can't see it on the photo but there's a white border on either end of the rug. Not what I had in mind as it changes the style completely.

I recently purchased the 4'x4' size in a lovely salmon color that goes perfectly with my decor. (It's called "orange" but the picture online is a true depiction of the salmon color). I needed something sturdy and decorative to go under a rolling desk chair and this rug is everything I hoped for. Good quality, lies flat and does not snag or roll up when the chair moves--even without a pad underneath.

The design literally made me dizzy. We returned it that day! It was soft and nice quality for the price but my whole family couldnt handle how busy the design was on our eyes!

I bought the runner and 2'6"x4' rugs. The grey is a little lighter than I thought from the pictures but looks great on my slate floor. I am buying scotch guard to get a longer life out of the rugs. I've spot cleaned a few dirty paw prints from my dog with Woolite and dirty easily came out. Thick and nice to walk on.

I purchased the 6x6 size on clearance and am very pleased. Nice pattern/color (grey) and seems to be forgiving with stains and relatively easy to spot clean. We thought it might not vaccuum well but it hasn't pulled or split anywhere over the last month, does have a knot tied in a rather inconvenient place but the rest makes up for it. The rug is the same on both sides so it could be flipped if needed. It is very soft for the thickness and a great play rug for kiddos. I'd like to purchase a much larger version for our living room. Would be even more fantastic with a pad underneath for a bit of added support for our crawlers/young walkers.

Overall nice rug, just too small for our space, so I'm returning. The grey color of the rug is definitely more of a blue hue though, so keep that in mind.
