If you want better burn times, better flavor, and better smoke, this all-natural lump charcoal is ready for you to fire up the grill and show off.
It's crafted by Argentinian artisans from hardwood that burns longer, cleaner, and more consistently than other charcoal. These lumps can be used up to 3 times, and they burn as long as 16 to 18 hours for the many juicy steaks, potatoes, and asparagus to come.

The flavor is great and the coals last a while. Little bit of a mix with small to large and a few super large pieces, so make sure you have enough room to accommodate the coal. All in all the coal will fit in all KJ’s.

I use so much less of this awesome charcoal than I ever did of the other brands. Love the different sized pieces. Put the big ones on the bottom to maximize air flow!

This is certainly good charcoal that burns really hot. However, I was disappointed to find about 1/3 to 1/2 of the bag filled with small broken pieces. This is not what I expected from KJ Big Block.

I bought a few bags 1.5 months ago. I’m going through the first bag now and the taste and smell have changed from my original purchase which was 1 year ago. Very pungent smell, heavy eye watering smoke and aggressive taste to food. Not sure what changed; possibly their supplier but I’m not buying anymore. I Requested refund for 2 bags.

So far the best charcoal I’ve found for me… It lights easy, burns as expected, doesn’t do a bunch of popping and such, mild smoke… not overwhelming. A little expensive but it’s worth it.
