The flavor and texture of the cereal is fairly average— not great, but not horrible. Warning. Be very careful when eating this cereal, if you just a little too much then you will experience severe gas and upper GI pain—this cereal is in no way worth this.
Great alternative for traditional cereal, Teenagers love this too!

My 13 year old sister absolutely loved this fruity version of plant based protein cereal. Most importantly, looking at the nutrition facts, this has 0 sugars added! Also has a good amount of protein per serving. This is perfect for kids who love to eat cereal even to snack on the go. With this one, you don't have to worry about them eating junk because it's a much healthier substitute. Will definitely be purchasing another!

Don’t listen to the people complaining about the texture and taste!!! If you’re lactose intolerant and/or vegan in need of a protein cereal this is the one!!! All of you other people can go and buy ghost cereal and the other ones and complain over there. Don’t ruin this for people that can’t have milk ingredients!!!!

Yes it has an artificial proteiny aftertaste but this isn’t fruity pebbles. It’s a low carb high protein cereal and it’s probably the best I’ve tried. I avoid sugar and try to get at least 25 grams protein per meal so this really hits the spot when craving sugary cereal without people sugary and being more nutritious

I hardly ever write reviews - products must be outstandingly good or bad. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I love to try new cereals - I have a list of over 50 I have tried and I have yet not to be able to finish the bowl because of disgust. That is true with this product. Like other reviewers have said, the product tastes so artificially sweet and the texture is terrible - like easier to chew wet newspaper. Could not believe I couldn't finish my bowl. The rest of the box is going in the trash.

This cereal is absolutely vile. I don’t know how anyone could eat this. I didn’t even finish the bowl. It was hard for me to waste it, but I couldn’t take another bite. It’s like eating a dry sponge with some kind of bitter sweet flavor. Absolutely not. I can’t believe that they charge that much for a box and you get five servings. Save your money and get something healthier. Something that also does not contain bio engineered ingredients.
