    Too crunch

    Why are the rice Krispies very dry and not puffy. I love to make rice Krispies treats and I follow the original recipe and use jet marshmallows but here lately they have been so dry and to crunchy till I'm using more marshmallows just to cut down on the crunchy cereal..please make a new and improved rice Krispy.

    Bring back the Original Recipe!!!!!!!

    Terminate the individual who made the decision to change the recipe and terminate the CEO for allowing the change. I want my original Cocoa Krispies back that I enjoyed for over 40 years! You took something from me that cannot be replaced. I do not like "pebbles" and yours tastes just like it now. A dark overly bitterness of what it used to be. Your decision to "cut costs" has no doubt lost you tons of customers. You know this, because you continue to offer "free products" for positive reviews to offset negative reviews. I know this because I see some negative reviews are being deleted. This is the only reason your rating is not lower. Bring back the original Cocoa Krispies!!!!!

    Like this cereal eat whenever hungry even after dinner, with some Lactose Free Milk. Cereal falls into bottom of box after pouring comes thru slit's onto floor but not everytime so I've taped box seems to help. Also use a clip to keep ceral a little fresher after opening. Blue lid shows how much we picked up from carpet.

    Taste is gone, texture is gone!

    Purchased a box when I was grocery shopping. Love Rice Krispies since I was a kid. I had not purchased Rice Krispies in years. They were disgusting and turned to mush when I added milk. Returned the box to the store for a refund. Not sure what has happened to this product but they are horrible and I will not buy them again.
