A: Its more maroon than red. Target's logo is red. This curtains red is more maroon with some hints of red.

These are NOT blackout curtains as labeled. So much light is coming through them. I will be returning. If you don’t mind seeing the light they’re nice enough but I’m buying these to prevent sunlight from streaming in and waking us up.

I needed a curtain for a room with west-facing windows, since when the sun moves around to that side it's really bright. These do the job wonderfully. The color is the only thing not perfect; it's more grayish-blue than the photo shows. But I'm happy with them anyway. They were wrinkled, so I tried ironing them on low heat; however, it was making tiny holes in the fabric. So I threw them in the dryer on the Quick Fluff setting for 10 minutes and that worked great.

Not blackout if you get them in a light color. I bought these in white. They look nice but I got these to block the sun in the mornings. The white ones are pretty much the same as thin curtains. Tons of light will shine in. More then the picture shows. Again very nice curtains but not useful for us. So either get a different color or get a heavier fabric.
