This shade looks great in my bathroom. It allows some light in through the bottoms but allows for privacy. I watched a YouTube video to learn how to tie them correctly and they came out fine. The basic steps are 1) hand the shade on the rod 2) bring ties to the side of the shade and tie a loop at th...see moreof the reviewer's review

I am happy with this curtain. I feel like for the $15 that I paid for it, it works well and does the job. I needed it for a window in our baby's nursery. The gray shade matches the over-all color scheme and I didn't want to spend $40, or more dollars on a curtain, so this was what I decided to go wi...see moreof the reviewer's review

I purchased the black to match decor in our room. The ties add a little extra to the look when the shades are up, and when I need to see the television, they work perfectly to block out the sunlight! I could not be happier with this purchase! I'm even happy that these are machine washable and held t...see moreof the reviewer's review

I ordered it in ivory, and wanted it in part because it is supposed to block light, and also because the ties make the length adjustable, which would work well for one of my bedroom windows. It does both. Sort of. The ivory does block light fairly well. At night. In t...see moreof the reviewer's review

I ended up returning these because they were very difficult to tie up and still have them look good. Also, my window wasn't as wide as these so it scrunched on the sides and looked kind of weird. If you don't care about how they look when tied up, they are pretty good quality for the price.

It difficult to make it look nice when a person ties it up. When it down for the purposes if containing heat it look little a sheet of fabric. It will stay until I can afford something better. I not happy with the look.see moreof the reviewer's review

I bought these because they are better than getting a dark shade to block out the very hot sun so my air conditioner would work less and they do a great job there is a white lining on the back side and very nice straps 2 on each side to bring it up or let it down .
