We bought this particular model last month and liked it so much we bought another for our mom! It allows you to make your coffee stronger and has a nice digital panel. Easy to use and great for larger cups... love it!

I bought this keurig k200 less than 1 year ago, and I can honestly say that I wasted my money. I have to throw this product in the trash, and I will not be purchasing another keurig to replace it.

Not even a year old and it's going to the garbage. This machine randomly started leaking one day. We took it apart and there is a leak on the interior plastic valve. What a waste of money!

Very Disappointed

My husband and I received the Keurig 2.0 for Christmas 2 years ago. We actually really liked the machine, despite some brewing issues. We occasionally had issues with the pods not reading properly and exploding. However, we overall liked the look and feel of the machine. That being said,we began getting error messages a few days ago with the screen reading “water under pressure”. We finally took the machine apart and realized that the bottom needle is completely broken off! For $169.99, I fully expected this machine to last longer than 2 years. There is no excuse for such a cheap make at that price point. I checked online and there are no replacement parts offered. This really makes me reconsider buying another Keurig. I don’t want to be out of pocket nearly $200 every other year -that’s crazy!

Brand New. Won't brew more than 8oz.

We just got our K250 yesterday. I bought it to replace our 6 year old Keurig that works beautifully but we can't get decaf Vue pods any longer. I was happy to see that there were multiple large sizes of beverage this one would make. To my disappointment, it would not brew a cup size larger than 8 ounces. The reservoir was full and Nothing was blocking the pin. This is not a good product right out of the box.

Disappointed

The more and more I use this coffee maker the more disappointed I am with it. I don't like the fact that I cannot set the time to turn on and off the machine. My old model which lasted me for years did this. I wish I had thought of this when I researched a replacement. The coffee is never hot enough. It takes way too long in between cups to heat up. The reservoir is much smaller and there is always condensation. The overall quality of the machine itself seems to be inferior to some of the older models... everything is made of plastic and it just feels and appears cheap and this by no means was inexpensive.
