I was a hard and fast home espresso maker for over a decade. I heard of Keurig but swore I would never buy one. In January this year I finally decided to try one. I bought the K425 2.0 (red) model and now actually PREFER its coffee to making my own espresso. I bought a 'frother' and use it to froth ...see moreof the reviewer's review

I am so disappointed that my new brewer K500 did not come with a filtration system and I have to purchase it. That's really unbelievable.see moreof the reviewer's review

We love our Keurig, but changing the filter is a beast. The tabs are very hard to push in for someone that has arthritis. Now our tabs have broken, just like the other reviews indicate.see moreof the reviewer's review

As easy as the tabs broke off I am surprised a better quality product hasn't been made. Most of the reviews have same problem with no improvement in the product. So the customer needs to repurchase this item regularly.see moreof the reviewer's review

Love the Keurig, but the water filter storage is horrible, the tabs snap easily. I need to replace this item once again. Fit is tight, but for those who have arthritis removing is not so easy.see moreof the reviewer's review
