I had to return the first one because I could not get the error code for the collection basin to clear. Purchased the same model again and this one works great. The one drawback to this model is that the collection basin is a bit tricky to get in and out.see moreof the reviewer's review

I spent hours online looking at the pros and cons of many dehumidifiers and finally decided on this one.
