First of all this is the first review I’ve ever left not in favor of something. This item had a gear in the rear axle break the third time it was ever being used. We contacted the company right away. They didn’t answer their phones and had a full voicemail box. After finding an email and getting ahold of them a different way we were finally able to speak with someone. We had to purchase a $40 replacement piece to fix the broken gear even though it was the third time it was ever being used! I would not recommend this item or anything else from this company! I’m surprised Target uses them.
