Q: im having trouble putting that back tire on , it’s a black thing blocking where it clicks on the white piece !

A: Hi Pretty123- When assembling the bike wheels, be sure that you are attaching the correct tire to the drive train. You'll notice the difference on the inside of the tires if you put them side by side. The other thing to confirm is that the axel is in the right direction. There is a 'stopper' like pies that should go on the opposite side of the drivetrain. A: Hi Ginger, The Nickelodeon PAW Patrol Quad will last roughly 40 minutes if you have the accelerate button continually pressed but it will also depend on the terrain. We recommend charging it 18 hours at first, then you can regularly charge it for 10 hours. Thanks, Alex

Pros: available affordable Battery charged Cons: No reverse No remote control for parent No protection for toddlers feet. The foot can slide into the moving plastic wheels. My Advice: save your back, your time and your money. The parent will have to bend a lot! Since there’s no reverse or remote you’re going to have to help the toddler until the toddler learns how to get off the ride on and manually back up the ride on. I wrote this review so you don’t have to watch your toddler struggle or keep getting stuck on a wall. Thank you for your time.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews ? I guess all items have pros and cons or sometimes a certain one of the batch isn’t as good as others , but mine has lasted 2 years and even 1 year without charging at all. So the battery is definitely good . I’m charging it up now so I wanted to see some stats on the item and came across the negative reviews and thought I should leave my opinion!

My son is 21 months and on the tall end. His feet touch the ground and he can barely fit with his feet on the pedals. He pressed the go button hard and it took off throwing him off the back. He almost hit his head. This company needs to take a look at the product to add more safety features and they need to add a height range to it. No way to return it I’m furious.

It looks nice. But for price i dnt like that it doesn’t have a reverse button.. it only goes foward, battery don’t last long.. and front plastic is kinda spread open so yeah it won’t last long

I like how fun my toddler has on this toy. One thing I dislike is the size, it is a lot smaller than anticipated. My toddler is 21 months old and this is almost too small for him. The speed is great and it’s easy to charge. It was fairly easy to put together and seems well made.

My grandson loves the Paw Patrol Ride. Within 2 months it looks like a old toy. The company is telling me it’s from the sun but it’s not left in the weather. It is kept on there patio under a cover. Sad it didn’t keep it’s look. His sisters Frozen Ride still looks brand new.

The charging mechanism is very cumbersome, you have to unscrew the seat, unhook the wiring and that powers the battery and connect that wiring to the charging cable. This is very primitive! Also after 3 months of using this ride on, now it ONLY holds charge for upto 40 mins. The battery needs to be plugged in for 8-10 hours to charge, so my child only gets 40 mins a day to ride on and I now have to deal with tantrums because it doesn’t work anymore when it used to before.

I never write reviews but was so excited about this I felt I needed to write one because it is such a disappointment. I bought it for my two year old who is very small for his age and it is almost too small for him. The charge does not last long and it can hardly run outside in our driveway. I think it is meant to be ridden indoors. We have now ordered him a 12 v ride on. We will be putting this one away.
