Such a cute bag but after the second day of school the shoulder strap is ripping from the back of the backpack. It looks like most of the reviews that have been left are pre-use. It really is cute though but won’t hold up.

My daughter wanted a flowery, somewhat yellow bag for back to school but was disappointed when it arrived. Everything works but the zipper was kink and it's not smooth to open and close. It always gets stuck, I don't think a kindergartener can carefully open and close it without breaking the bag after the first week of school. Target customer service is always great, got a refund and maybe will look into different bag or will visit the store so I can personally select the better quality ones, hence the 4 star.
