  • A: The lights once turn on will stay on till the battery runs out. Best practice is to turn off when not in use.

  • A: Hi - To keep the dress lights on longer, switch the battery pack from “Try Me” mode to “On.” The battery pack is located on the left side of the dress, near the hip.

The lights on this dress do not work. That is the main reason I picked this dress so my child can be SEEN ! Changed the batteries which had to be ordered! Elsa costume

Unfotunately the Frozen Light Up Dress did not come with batteries that worked and the head piece was not included. Very disappointed as the batteries that are needed are special cell batteries and not ones that most people have in their homes.

I brought this back to the store because I thought the lights didn’t work, as some other people had mentioned in reviews. There is a button on the waist, above the battery pack that clicks them on. Weird placement but the lights do work lol

Light up doesn't work

My wife bought this dress for our daughter and it would not light up. I thought that the batteries might be dead so I went and bought new batteries but it still did not work. I returned the dress and bought another one at 3 different Target stores but ended up with the same result. I contacted the manufacturer and shipped the dress to them to see if they could fix it. I received a call from the manufacturer stating that it could not be fixed and the dress was not available. They did offer to send me a replacement dress that did not light up. Just beware that I bought 4 different dresses and none worked. Maybe yours will.

Flashes light, not light up

As others said, the sleeves did start tearing and fuzzing- we got a few wears before this started so not a huge deal to us; plus we’re in a colder area so she has to wear leggings and a white sweatshirt under so it’s harder to tell! Pretty disappointed with the lights, we moved it from demo to ON and they still only blink for about half a minute. You need to keep hitting the button. I’d been super excited about the visibility trick or treating with a light up costume so this is a big let down. It’s very cute and my little likes it, but she gets annoyed with trying to find the button.

The lights did not stay lit for more than a few seconds at a time or didn't turn on at all. So disappointing because it was the only reason we bought the dress. Also the straps were very long and had to be pinned. Cute dress but poorly executed.
