At the time of ordering- failed to notice this soy sauce is not organic. Will return. Highly recommend only consuming USDA certified organic soy and soy products. Target, please consider expanding your online and in-store inventory to include organic low sodium Kikkoman soy sauce!

Perfect for homemade Teriyaki Sauc. Recipe: 1 Cup water. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 2 garlic clove, minced. 1 inch fresh ginger, minced.1 Tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Cook on low heat until thick.
