I was using regular gf flour in my chaffles but the almond flour really gives them a fluffy bread texture. Love this flour!

This flour is easy to use and, thank goodness, it was easy to find recipes for gluten- free pancakes. My granddaughter has celiac and I was able to make pancakes for her when all the other grandkids were having them. Almond flour is very delicate and it burns easily but I quickly learned to make perfect, golden circles, brushing olive oil on the non- stick skillet between each one and cooking on a much lower heat. Thanks, King!

I love this flour! The grind is fine and incorporates quickly and smoothly. I don't taste a lot of almond flavor but since I use it for GF recipes, that doesn't matter. I love that the consistency of my baked goods is close to the result I achieve with AP flour.
