I am very pleased with this toaster/convection oven. I use it every single day instead of a microwave for heating all our leftovers and lunches. I also use it for baking side dishes at dinnertime. I have a family of five with allergies and spend a lot of time in the kitchen, using this appliance con...see moreof the reviewer's review

Bought so I could bake during summer months

I have had my convection oven for a year with no problems. It sits on a stand instead of a microwave because it is big. This is why I like it. I can put a 12" frozen pizza in it and cook with no preheating. I use it every day during the summer to bake so I don't have to use the regular oven to s...see moreof the reviewer's review

I bought this convection oven because it TOASTS as well as bakes and broils. Not something that is easy to find in a convection oven. It didn't please us with trying to bake a cake in it. But all meats I have prepared have been so yummy. Moist and delicious. My kitchen has not over heated since I bo...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have owned this oven for 2 wks now and have really put it to the test..french fries, pies, quiche, cookies, granola, cupcakes, large roast chicken...everything has turned out perfect - actually better results than my regular oven! This was an absolutely terrible toaster oven. To begin with it often did not turn on. I had to keep playing with the dials to get it to work. Then not too long after I got it the fan attached to the convection oven stopped working. Now about 1 1/2 years later it has stopped working altogether. ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Not cool touch exterior

(would not recommend)

I bought this because the description states that it's cool touch exterior. Compared to what? The center of the sun? Yes. Compared to the exact same model in stainless (which I actually ordered by mistake and is sitting across the room from this one)? No. They're the same. This one is being returned...see moreof the reviewer's review

Description of item is False

1 out of 5 stars
John 4 years ago
"Fits 9.5x13 Baking pan" false. this unit does not fit any 9x13 baking pan. Even went to a kitchen store and bought a 9x13 pan without any type of overlay- handles or grabbing points, still didn't fit. the selling point on this unit was the larger space to the lower model.see moreof the reviewer's review

I wish I had researched first... less than 1 year old and Kitchen Aid will not honor their warranty. It completely stopped working. Even when it did work, the toaster function was horrible. Very disappointing as I love my KitchenAid food processor. You can be sure I will NOT be spending any of my...see moreof the reviewer's review
