The main purpose we got this mixer was to help with kneading and preparation related to baking, it turned out to be awesome in it being able to knead and make dough and 100% served the purpose . The mini series has greater advantage due to smaller footprint enabling space to be utilized efficiently on the counter . Happy with the purchase and would buy more products from the same manufacturer in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this as an addition to my 550 Kitchenaid mixer. They get along fine and enjoy sharing time mixing things up. Having the two mixers is really efficient when multitasking. This 3.5 mixer is powerful and versatile. It is a great addition to my baking and cooking arsenal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Received this as a gift from younger daughter. Had used my grandmother's stand mixer for years. Gave older daughter an Artisan five years ago. The wire whisk on this model does not reach the bottom of the glass bowl. I prefer the Artisan! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I think, for most people, who only occasionally use a mixer, this is the perfect size for your counter. And when you need it, it's there, ready to go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Love the smaller footprint and light weight! Even with the glass bowl, it is easy to move. It has a permanent spot on the counter because of its size. I have been using it three to four times a week; from shredding meat, batters and using the sheet cutter attachment. Though smaller, this is a little powerhouse that has handled all and more than big enough for a family of three. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this a few weeks ago for mixing small items - love the flex edge beater and glass bowl. I still use my mother's large one ( almost 50 years old) when I want to double recipes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This is an awesome mixer. I was not sure of the size because I had the 5 quart artisan. After trying it a couple times, I absolutely love it. It is easy to get out of the cupboard and all my KitchenAid attachments fit on it. Oh......and the color (Sugar Pearl Silver) is exquisite!
