I just got my Kitchen Aide Pasta Press attachment and when reading the instruction it said it may take a few times to become an expert using the item and I was able to use it instantly. It couldn't be easier to use and it makes delicious pasta.see moreof the reviewer's review

Easy to use and pretty darn easy to clean - heads up, immediately soak the mixing bowl while you put the dough through the pasta maker. So far we have made whole wheat pasta, the lighter wheat pasta (forget the exact name) and the white pasta and so far we find the homemade pasta to have such a bett...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have had my Kitchenaid for about a year, and love it (make mostly breads and some pastries). I just got this Pasta attachment and it was definitely worth it! I love KitchenAid products, but the pasta press is a huge miss. I've had great success making pasta dozens of times with the KitchenAid rollers, and fettuccine/spaghetti cutters, but the extrusion system is an absolute mess. I don't what else to say, but it's just a frustrating product. If you manag...see moreof the reviewer's review

First of all, the recipe is wrong. Secondly there is only one recipe. There should be more; gluten free, spinach, garlic herb, etc. It IS hard to clean but that is expected with any pasta maker. Lastly, I can't that they offer any other plates/disks to purchase for variety. What we really wanted wer...see moreof the reviewer's review

It was actually fun making the pasta. The different variety of pasta attachments worked well. The only thing disappointing was cleaning. You need some patience, but doable. Would definitely recomend.see moreof the reviewer's review
