He loves pasta but is required to limit it due to his condition. After a meal with the fresh pasta, he does not see a spike in his blood sugar.

Absolutely worth it! Making pasta is so simple and fun with this set! Have used it weekly for almost a year and still runs great!

homemade pasta was never easier. two ingredient recipe for pasta i found (egg and flour) and i made a great homemade pasta first night with it. so worth skipping the processed stuff and making my own. feeling like a true chef. lol. cleaning is a bit difficult in some aspects but the cleaning brush helps. just don’t rush cleaning the grooves. from experience…..

This is my first set of pasta equipment and made pasta for the first time with this set. It was so easy to set up and use and the pasta turned out amazing! Glad I invested in this nice one because I know I will be using it a lot.

This past Christmas I told my husband while we were shopping that I’m picking out my grift right now. Lol. A week before Christmas, the thought of making ravioli for a family of eight……this streamlined the process. Live this!!! Sorry Mom!

First use, the roller broke for unknown reason and KitchenAid quickly replaced it for me with no hassle because it’s still under warranty. Since then, I’ve made another batch and it was delicious. The roller and cutters are easy to use and cleaning was no problem using the instructions provided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve used this a number of times along with the pasta recipe in the Kitchen Aid cookbook. Received rave reviews on the lasagne noodles, the only pasta we’ve made so far. And it is easy to use and to clean up. Love it!

The title says it all. The plastic guides under the roller crumbled into pieces the last time I used it. I ended up having to roll a LOT of pasta by hand. Without the guides, dough will just gather in a bunch under the rollers (along with the bits of plastic that continue to break away).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used our new pasta roller and cutter attachment. We had no issues rolling pasta sheets out and were happy with the results. We rolled out on setting 4 which is the recommended thickness for the spaghetti attachment. However upon feeding the first sheet into the spaghetti attachment, one of the two plastic comb “guards,” found on the bottom receded. The pasta dough suddenly began backing up and the attachment became clogged. No amount of fiddling has been successful in getting the plastic guards back into place. No spaghetti was actually produced and the rollers still have dough stuck in them. We switched to the fettucini attachment and it worked fine. We would like to have it repaired or replaced but both efforts at reaching customer service to initiate a replacement have been a bust.

Hello, I have had this set for a little under a year. We love making pasta sheets and fettuccine, however, the spaghetti cutter is something else. I just read through all the reviews and my issue is the exact same. We have tried to use the spaghetti cutter 5 times. Each time the dough does not go through and just jams up the cutter. The last 2 times we spend DAYS picking out all the dough that was stuck in the cutter. The last time i realized the plastic teeth had fallen out. They are impossible to get back in and I snapped one in the process. I am super disappointed, especially after seeing all these reviews after the fact. I am not sure if the part is defective as others have mentioned or if it just sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried some of the "off brand" pasta rollers that fit KA in the past few months due to a less expensive price tag but returned them. the KA brand is very expensive according to MY budget, but I finally gave in and bought it last month. SO FAR..., it works beautifully ! Found a really nice pasta recipe and have no complaints at this time.

So beautifully made, obviously crafted to last a lifetime. Easy to use, and Kitchen Aid has clear instructions as well as videos in their website. Recommend highly!
