I have used kleenex brand 3 ply tissue for as long as i can remember, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your product currently. Your 3 ply now feels like 1 ply. I need 2 tissue now for effectiveness. Not only do I feel the quality has dropped, but you also joined the ban wagon on "shrinkflation". I only get 60 sheets now verses 65. This doesn't leave me too many reasons for continuing with your brand. Sad to say good bye after some 40 years of use.

I noticed with my last purchase of these tissues at the grocery store (I buy the pack of four flat boxes-2 ply) that the quality has deteriorated. They are like sand paper and appear smaller in size. Disappointed. I guess this is what happens with inflation. Costs more, quality less.

I’ve been getting these for years and now not only has the price gone up, but the quality WAY down as they are so much thinner. You would need to use two at a time. I still have a couple old boxes around the house so even tho I could instantly tell the second I opened a new box how thin it was, I still held it next to the old one and wow, they are so cheap now. Generic brand quality now so save your money and just buy the generic

I have bought the Ultra soft tissues for several years now and use them regularly due to allergies. However, I've noticed within the last 2 months that they are not nearly as soft as before. Please bring back the previous softness! My nose is suffering with the new formula!

I always purchase Kleenex “non-lotion” tissues which is now available where I shop as “ultra soft”. I buy the tissues on a regular basis because I have serious, recurring nosebleeds. The last few boxes I have purchased have tissues that smell very strongly of chemicals to the point of giving me a headache. I’d like to know what the chemicals are that I’m breathing in by using these tissues. The only reason there is 2 stars is because the tissues have been good in the past.

I regularly buy the Kleenex with coconut oil and lotion. I live in Arizona where it's dry and allergies are crazy, we use a lot if these and I prefer to not have chapped skin from blowing my nose all day. I recently refilled my supply with a 4 pack of boxes of my favorite tissues but when I opened them, the tissues smelled like metal. I opened the next box, not quite as bad but the smell was still there. 3rd box smelled horrible. It's awful. I can't even use them.
