A: There's not any 'K' Kosher symbol on any of the sides of the packagning. I don't belive Knox gelatin is Kosher. (most common gelatin is derived from pig bone material)

I use this when making jello shots, it's perfect when ur making pineapple upside down cake jello shots and I'm sure many others because you use pineapple juice instead of water. So when you have a regular jello packet your able to taste the flavor of the juice.
