They’re not fluffy and they’re bland. I would eat it tho

1/2 cup this mix, 1/2 cup fairlife milk, 1/4 cup egg whites, cinnamon and little vanilla. Top with pure maple syrup and blueberries. You’re welcome ;)

The best whole grain mix out there. I use this for coating chicken breast and veggies sometimes for that battered effect. You can use it to make homemade biscuits and gravy and a variety of waffles, pancakes, and other desserts. There’s no nasty wheat flour or protein powder taste. Favorite brand!

I opted to mix with milk and an egg. I added a dash of vanilla extract and a pinch of ground cinnamon as well (and a shake of rainbow sprinkles for my daughter). My kids are picky eaters and they inhaled these. Not sure why people say they burn easy.. maybe use a griddle so you have more control of the temp? We LOVE these.

Best pancakes I have ever had. Light, airy and delicious and I only had to add water to it! The new favorite pancake mix at our house.

Absolutely delicious. You can barely taste the protein, albeit I add a little bit of my own sweetener like bananas or agave syrup. Nonetheless, I feel less guilty eating pancakes when I use this batter + I meet my macros. I do wish they sold a larger version.

Okay, I strayed away from the directions because I could tell the batter was too thick with just water. I did 1 cup of mix, 3/4 cup of water and 1 egg. TURNED OUT PERFECT! These are great for someone looking for a healthier pancake. Cook at low heat and flip once you can get your spatula around the whole pancake.

This flavor is not good. I will continue to buy the chocolate chip ones.

For everyone on here who had a hard time cooking the pancakes or said they didn’t cook evenly or whatever other nonsense you said…y’all are crazy and just probably don’t know how to cook pancakes. Mine came out great! I used water and egg whites for extra protein and added a small amount of chocolate chips for a little sweetness. Delicious!

I decided to try this brand because of some great reviews and I thought the more expensive price added something I was missing out on by using the other well-known brands. As others have complained about, they don't cook evenly and end up too brown on the outside. Also, I'll add that they have a grainy texture and I used milk instead of water for this mix. So, I'll pass on this next time and use my old staple.

Tried to give these a chance the second time. Someone else mentioned them burning on the outside and leaving raw in the center and that has been my experience so far. The texture and flavor are really hard to get past. I thought they’d be similar to the Kodiak cubs and they taste nothing alike. Maybe I need to alter something.

I agree that this flavor is bland but it’s a great base. Never tried making actual pancakes, I eat this as a mug cake before working out and add my own mini chocolate chips, banana or blueberries. 1/2 cup dry mix and 1/4 cup of water, stir, microwave for 1 min (sometimes 1:10). I like having a breakfast option that’s quick and easy.

I feel like this is one of those you like it or you don’t situations. This is the third flavor we’ve tried and we’ve decided it’s just not for our family. Obviously it’s not the manufacture’s fault for our taste buds so I don’t feel right giving it lower stars. I did take one off because like so many mentioned it wouldn’t cook evenly (pancakes are a staple in our house so I promise it wasn’t user error haha). The texture because of the protein I’m assuming is a little odd which is part of why I didn’t care for it. My kids aren’t picky and only ate one and didn’t want another so I feel like that spoke volumes 😂😂 I LOVED how much protein these had. They fill you up fast and keep you full for a while. I’m really sad these didn’t work for our family but since others loved them, I think it’s worth the try if you’re on the fence!

I purchase these strictly for the protein and calories. They're not bad! Is this the best tasting mix on the market? No, but it tastes good for what it is.

This mix is so delicious, clean simple ingredients, fluffy but crisp up on the sides of you let them!

These never cook evenly. They burn on the outside and are raw in the middle. The pancakes leave a bad aftertaste in your mouth not to mention have a terrible texture/ overall flavor. They claim to be so healthy, but have a long list of ingredients. You are better off making your own pancakes from scratch quite frankly. Pass.

Totally satisfied my craving for pancakes! This would never be the same experience as non-protein packed pancakes so if that’s what you are looking for, you know what you want and can pick that up. I wanted to try something new and was completely surprised. I always add a dash of cinnamon too.

Picky kids approved, they’re yummy, switched to these when I was tired of the bad junk in frozen waffles!
