The Cloud Plus Double Stroller is the perfect stroller for busy families. Child and parent trays and two baskets provide storage for quick trips to the park or long vacations. Extendable canopies, reclining seats, and front wheel suspension ensure that your children ride in comfort. The Cloud Plus Double Stroller also folds compactly for easy storage.
I liked this double stroller since it is lightweight & is compact in size. I never had any issues going through doorways, which I've experienced with some single strollers. It's great that it came with child trays and a parent tray. Everyone is happy with their snacks & drinks. I hate having to dish out more money just for trays. The storage underneath isn't very large so I cannot for my diaper bag down there but it's great for lunch bags & kids backpacks. Strolling on concrete is easy but it is a bit hard to get over curbs and bigger cracks in the sidewalks due to the small wheels. I'm 5'4" tall but I have a long stride so I do sometimes hit the back of the stroller so it might be an issue for someone taller.
I received this free from Kolcraft as a tester in exchange for my honest opinion. It folds up pretty compact and can easily fit in any trunk. The seat reclines slightly, definitely not flat, but my child doesn't have a problem napping in it. The handlebar was comfortable for my height but might be too low for someone taller. The canopies provide good coverage for the kids. I personally prefer side by side so the kids can interact with each other so this is a great affordable choice.
I have tried out a bunch of double strollers (side by side, tandem etc) and this one is my favorite! It is lightweight and easy to maneuver around. I don't think I have found a doorway that I haven't been able to get through. It has great storage and I love the individual canopies and snack trays!
This stroller is wonderful! VERY LIGHTWEIGHT!!! I can lift with one hand. Fits well on the trunk of our 2013 Camry. Both children fit well in the seats and enjoy it (3yr and 4yr).
The seats recline to allow children to lay back but not flat. There is a small mesh pocket in the side of each seat for small toys or cup. Though it can be difficult for the little one to use. Snack tray is perfect size and can easily be removed to clean. The cup holder is deep enough that they cup does not fall out if knocked my a flying toddler hand.
The stroller pushes easily and turns well. I do have a longer stride and at times do kick the back of the stroller as I push, but would not keep me from purchasing. The wheels function well on pavement, but not very well in grass.
Storage is acceptable. You can easily slip small items under the seats. I can fit a lunch bag in each, though a full size diaper bag will have to be clipped to the handle as it will not fit under the seat. The parent tray is great! Two cup holders that a deep enough that things don’t fall out easily.
This is our go to stroller when going out to the Orlando theme parks or around town. I highly recommend it!

This double stroller is much lighter than most- it's more similar to an umbrella stroller in that way- but still has pretty nice canopies, small baskets underneath, a parent tray, and child trays. I find it harder to push over bumps than my heavier double, possible because of the smaller wheel size. Overall this is a great lightweight stroller for taking with you in the car and for light strolls. For rougher terrain and lots of walking, I'd recommend something more heavy-duty. *I received this product at no charge from the Kolcraft Mom Matters test group in return for an honest review.*
I was looking for a lightweight (as much as possible) double stroller with a tray and recline. The stroller reclines back about an inch. Maybe two. For this reason, we don’t even put it together. I was pretty bummed
I purchased this stroller for my one year old twin boys and we absolutely love it! It is so lightweight for a double stroller, lighter then my single stroller I had for my daughter and very easy to maneuver and fold! It also fits easily through all doors! It has extended canopies for those sunny days!! We just recently took this stroller to Disney World and it was perfect for traveling! The baskets are a good size for storage however the seats do not recline very far back but just enough that your child can easily nap! We love everything about this stroller and totally recommend it! Great price too!!

Thanks for the feedback Erin! Twin boys keep you busy, happy the stroller makes life for the family a little easier. Enjoy!
The stroller is super light and flimsy. It almost flips forward just going over small bumps like into the driveway from the street. I can’t see either of my boys from a walking position while pushing it, I have to lean way over. The recline is a joke, so not good for smaller babies. The harness straps are stupid hard to adjust; you can’t just pull a plastic piece to loosen or tighten. You have to work at it and feed the strap material through a plastic piece with your finger nails. And the harness streps were so poorly crafted that they didn’t even secure my 2 year old, not to mention my 4 month old. They were both flying around the seats the majority of our walk down the street. It’s super bumpy for my boys to ride in, I can’t immagine that being comfortable. The cup holders on the kids part and the parent part won’t hold anything bigger than a Dixie cup. The handle height is so low my back was hurting a few minutes into the walk. I’m 5’8”, so not super tall, but it was really uncomfortable. Not to mention, the brake bar is so close to the handle that I kept jamming my toes into it. The only good thing was that it was easy to put together out of the box. But opening it is awkward as you have to hold the 20-some pound stroller in the air and whip it forward to get it to open.
Needless to say, I returned that item back to the store.
Also, zero storage room underneath the stroller.
I purchased this stroller for my grandkids. Opens easily. Very easy to push. I like the single handle. Comes with the baskets which is great for storing items. I like the oversized canopy. Cup holders and tray are great for snacks.
