Q: Is there a way to use this curler at a lower heat setting than 325 degrees? I currently have this curling iron and use it at the lowest setting (325) but I'm wondering if I can lower the setting.

Q: What is the difference between this and the other (white and gold) 1 1/4" curling iron? Is it just color?

A: Thank you for your question. The white and gold 1 1/4" Curling Iron has a titanium barrel, while this one has a ceramic barrel.

I’ve tried so many brands including T3 and this is my top recommendation for anyone looking for a new curler. I have straight and fine hair. I’m super picky about my curlers because I feel like my hair is fragile and I can’t afford to lose more hair than I already do. It leaves my hair curled looking shiney with a soft bounce. And curls stay without any hair products (given the weather isn’t too windy or rainy, of course). I’ve bought mine over 3 years ago and it’s still staying strong with no issues.

Heats up fast. Makes hair shiny. Holds heat between curls, and I curl my hair fast. Does not pull out my hair because the clamp doesn’t have those spring things like other irons. Superior product. Costs a little more but it is a lot better than other brands!! So glad I got it.

This curling iron does a great job of curling my hair. However, it is the worst I have ever used in terms of its physical design. The tip of the iron is so incredibly small compared to all other high-end and low-end irons I’ve used. Because of this, I have burned my fingertips SO. MANY. TIMES. It is because of this that I hate this curling iron. I give it 2 stars because it does a great job of curling my hair. But I will just need to purchase a new one that has a larger tip so that I don’t continue to burn my fingers. Buyer beware!

I had high hopes for this product given the reviews, but sadly I’m returning this. Like another review mentioned, this didn’t hold my hair tightly causing my hair to fall out of the clamp. The on/off button is in a weird location where my finger kept hitting it. I’m sure I would have gotten used to it if I kept it

Unfortunately it doesn’t have a low heat setting for fine hair so you risk burning your hair if it’s fine. Might be good for thick textured hair. Clamp is kinda loose

I've been looking for a while for a curling iron to replace my wand (I'm talking years). I have tried Babyliss and ALL Hottools products and have returned them all. None of them held curl, pulled my hair, difficult to use, etc. I have fine, straight hair, so it's not easy for me to find something that will hold a curl. Let me tell you, I FOUND IT in this product. No hair pulling, is comfortable to use, and holds a freakin' curl! I couldn't be more excited about this tool.

liked how quickly it heats up, and how it has a digital temperature display. auto-shut off is a good feature too. however, these things aren’t enough to make this curling iron one that i’d recommend. the major downside to this iron is the weak clamp/spring. it’s a very light clamp, so it’s impossible to wind your hair tightly; the clamp loosens and hair slips off. would not recommend this iron. I have fine hair, maybe it works/clamps better on thick hair?

Honestly…. I read the reviews and I was so worried but I though we’ll if it doesn’t work I can take it back! Absolutely no need for that though. It does the job I have a HUGE issue with keeping curls in my LONG THICK hair. This curling iron did the trick on 365 that’s it! That is all it took. Now my wand from bed head hardly holds my curls and I feel like it burns my hair. This Kristen Ess has my hair looking and feelings so soft! I LOVE this curling iron. It defiantly didn’t burn my hair and the clamp is nice and snug!

I should have read the reviews first. Just like a lot of others have said, the clamp doesn’t hold hair which is supposed to be the purpose of it. I do not recommend especially for the price.

I really wanted to like this curling iron. It looks expensive BUT it made my hair smell burnt. The clamp doesn’t hold the hair too good. After curling all my hair my curls fell flat before even leaving the house. It was a total waste of time and money. It’s definitely going back.

Doesnt clamp on the hair very well, makes your hair smell super burnt, and my hair holds curls for DAYS usually but all my curls fell out before i even left the house after using this, and i used hairspray which i never use…. do not use this
