This in-shower treatment is formulated to instantly boost vibrancy and shine, while neutralizing warmth on color treated or natural bronde (between dark blonde and light brown) hair. HOW TO:
(Read all instructions thoroughly before glossing your hair)
1. wet your hair thoroughly in the shower.
2. mix bottle 1 and 2 together, shake gently and apply all over.
3. wait 10-20 minutes, depending on the result you want, then rinse thoroughly.
4. shampoo and condition as usual.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question! To speed up the process, you can always incorporate a clarifying shampoo into your washing regime to help. How quickly a gloss fades depends on the porosity and condition of your hair as well as how often you shampoo. Hope this helps!

A: Hello! Thank you for your question! No, we do not advise to use the Signature Glosses on hair that has been treated with henna. There is always a possibility of a chemical reaction when you lay gloss or hair color over hair that has been previously colored with henna. You could try our Toning line The One Purple Shampoo and Conditioner, it's sulfate free and can be used to help neutralize warmth and brassiness in natural and color treated hair. Hope this helps!

This hair dye gloss is amazing! I struggle with brassy hair. Every time I dye my hair brown, within a few months it turns orange. Another KE fail
This is just awful. Did absolutely nothing for my hair, except make it feel dry as a bale of hay. Definitely no toning or glossing. And yes, I bought the correct color, followed instructions to the letter, and even left it on for the maximum amount of time. Basically, it dried out my hair and did zero else. I’ve tried several Kristin Ess products, always hoping I’ll find one that lives up to the good reviews. So far, only the hair serum is even remotely successful. This will be my last purchase from this company. There are better products at Dollar Tree than this.

Pros: Super easy instructions, minimal prep and easy clean up. Got a pretty significant color change (which is what I was hoping for but didn’t really expect from a gloss). Love the new color! I hope it actually lasts 3-4 weeks.. Cons: don’t love the smell, to w box says no ammonia but it has a similar harsh smell that is lingering (and overpowering) after using my normal shampoo & conditioner. I was hoping for a little more conditioning/softness after the gloss as I’ve gotten that softness and added shine after doing other hair treatments. This definitely didn’t give me very much added shine which is a bummer. Overall: for $15 and about 30 minutes, worth it for the color! I included a before and after photo for reference 😊

Healthy hair again!
I was definitely nervous about this, and had research so many products like this. I’m in-between salon appts, so I tried this. I was said that it didn’t really cover greys. But my hair is semi thin, and it did cover some!!! It’s a GREAT product! My hair has much less frizz, more luster, and the brass grown out highlights are back to a softer blonde. I left it on for 20 min. And I highly recommend it! I used smokey topaz!

Holy Grail
This stuff is seriously so amazing. I had a bad box dye color remover situation and ended up turning my hair to a weird brown color with really noticeable orange undertones. It was so so bad so I bought this stuff to try and neutralize the orange. It did exactly that and brought me to a normal brunette color just one shade darker than my natural hair. It looks so so so good and there is no more orange. I could not recommend this enough.

Don't waste your money
I was trying to neutralize the brassiness in my dyed hair and this did absolutely nothing. I think it possibly made it even worse and made the brown sections of hair even more warm:/ plus, now my hair smells like chemicals and it dried it out. Don’t recommend. Temporary Hair Gloss
I recently tried the Kristin Ess hair gloss in Smokey topaz. The application process was okay and the color came out exactly as I hoped. While I realize this gloss is a temporary fix I could do myself at home, it only truly lasted a few days (just over a week) when it states on the box it will last 3-4 weeks. I used this before an event which was great, but because it really didn’t last long, I won’t be repurchasing.

Leaves hairs shiny and soft!
When using a hair gloss, i like buying Kristin Ess brand. I have highlights on my hair and i have used their toner and it leaves my hair feeling so soft and making my hair color even in between salon visits. I do have a lot of hair so i have to use two boxes, a bit pricey but worth it.
