Q: Is this product good for women of color with curly hair? I decided to go natural and it seems as though all of the shampoos that I've tried really strip the moisture from my hair.

A: Thank you for your question. This Leave-In is ideal for medium to coarse curl types. It won't strip the moisture from the hair as its goal is to replenish moisture.

The first thing I noticed about this was that it smells amazing! The first time I used it, the scent lasted in my hair for 24 hours! It smells absolutely magnificent! This is a lightweight leave in cream that is still effective. It kept my 3b curls very hydrated/soft and reduced frizz. This is the first time I’ve used the Kristin Ess line and I will definitely be repurchasing!

I have curly/ wavy hair. This product did not help with curl structure, or frizz. Consistency is a liquid spray, not a cream. Gotta say the packaging is very cute though.

I am obsessed with how this smells! My hair stopped growing because it is so long and I read that you can use leave in conditioner and it can help your hair to get longer because it wont break as often. Since I have purchased this and the shampoo and conditioner my hair has grown another inch and I haven’t even finished a bottle yet!

I really wanted to like this but wow. This is terrible It’s not even a cream it’s a spray. The smell is okay to me, but it is very strong. It’s definitely floral but also kinda earthy, like grass. I have 3a-3b hair, and this does define my curls, but it leaves them feeling so dry. Straight up like straw. It’s so crunchy and dirty feeling. I usually only wash once a week, but I couldn’t stand to have this in my hair for that long. I hated this.

So I bought these (CURL Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-In Conditioner) because someone recommended it to me. I ended up buying them and then reading the reviews before I tried it and was so nervous because of all the negative comments. First of all, the smell is not that bad. It's not the floral smell that women are use to but it's also not nauseating. People's comments got me worried but the smell is fine. No its not my favorite but it's fine. Second, after shampoo and conditioned my hair felt clean and fresh. Finally, the leave-in conditioner is a spray cream and at first I thought for sure this will not suffer my curls. They are definitely going to be frizzy bit lo and behold my curls (after air drying) are fabulous. See pictures below. I totally recommend these products!

Best curls ever. Product is lightweight and not oily. I use it as part of a routine while hair is wet. I spray on It's a 10 leave in, then this product, then apply a tiny bit of argan oil, scrunch and let dry. Leaves my hair with soft, lush curls. Without the Ultra hydrating curl leave in creme conditioner, my hair looks and feels dry and frizzy.

I love the smell! Also how light weight it is. I usually use “It’s a 10 leave in conditioner” but decided to try this product because it’s a bit cheaper. I love this product so much and will be using for now on out. My hair is super dry and frizzy without a leave in product. This enhances my waves/curls and makes my hair so soft.
