A:Â I just put this together for my granddaughter. It's definitely 4'x4'. The top piece makes it even taller. It is an amazing doll house, and my granddaughter absolutely loves it.

A:Â It depends on your skill level, but I highly recommend watching an assembly video on Youtube which will show you what is involved and give you a better idea.

The finished item is cool and brings much play and fun for the kid(s). However, assembly is far more difficult. The instructions alone won't get you there, and a YouTube demo video is also needed. It takes 150-180 minutes to assemble, and this with power tools. The item is quite large so be sure you have the space both to assemble and to play. Once completed, it does provide amusement for kids.

I purchased this for my 4 year old and I don't know what I got myself into .. assembly took over 2 hours with good tools and an extra person.. wood is cheap pressed wood and will strip easily.. make sure you follow directions as to which size screws go where .. upon arrival the house paint was already scratched and had imperfections I assume from shipping?

Save your money instead! They doll house material is very cheap once you build it it will become very nice wobbly. I haven’t moved it from where I built it because I’m afraid it will break. The doll house feels like cardboard!!!!

My 7 year-old (and her siblings/cousins aged 10, 8, and 4) absolutely loves this. I put it together in 2.5 hours with the help of my 10 year-old. Three board had the pre-drilled holes in the wrong spots, but my husband was able to drill them for me. I needed to use a YouTube video in addition to the picture directions to put it together. Overall very high quality and I love that the house is wood. The plastic furniture is also excellent quality (especially compared to the Barbie dream house furniture). I put in small LED waterfall lights to light it up. The kids haven’t stopped playing with it since we set it up. (Pic has some extra furniture in it that was not included with the dollhouse).

This is an amazing toy but it takes a really long time to put it together. Make sure to inspect all pieces before assembly. One piece was dented another chipped and another piece was missing a vital part. We figured it out though. My daughter loves it especially the pool and elevator.

Beautiful dollhouse, sturdy, lots to keep her entertained. It took about 3 hours to put together. Use the qr code to get the Bilt directions to put it together it was very easy just time consuming. My only complaint is that some of the pieces were not cut properly and did not fit. I used sandpaper to shave off some of the wood to get the pieces to fit otherwise I would have had to return it and start all over.
