They must have either changed the formula or put less product in the tube. Such a shame! Hopefully I can find another mascara that was as good as this one used to be.

I have been using this mascara for more than a decade. It was reliable and did a great job. The last 2 tubes I bought have seemed like they are nearly empty. The product is dried out and easily flakes and clumps instead of gliding on like it used to. Something has changed - to the point that I will be looking for another mascara based on all the reviews that say the same thing!! L'Oréal says they haven't changed the formula but the product has changed VERY noticeably despite their claims. So what has happened, L'Oréal?
