I have used and absolutely loved this primer for a number of years… Clearly the formula has changed, and it is absolutely useless… If it’s even possible, I look like I have less lashes after I use it! Please bring the old formula back!

I’ve used this in the past and it was amazing. I was able to coat my lashes thoroughly. Today I purchased a tube and it’s like nothing is in the tube. It appears like the tube is completely empty. A total waste of money. Luckily I still have the old tube with some remaining. I will not be buying this product again.

I’m crying! Why did you change a fantastic formula?!?! This used to be the best and now it’s utter rubbish. I’ve used this for ages as my holy grail. Now I’m on the hunt. And the Lash Paradise primer changed, so that’s out. And did you also change the Double Extend’s primer side? I recently bought it again after years of not, and it’s rubbish as well. Incredibly sad and frustrated.

I bought this because I read it would help make sure my mascara didn’t clump. That didn’t happen. This product was clumpy itself. Also, the white color it put on my lashes was so hard to cover.

I've been using this Mascara Primer for a few years and have been in LOVE with it as its the only mascar primer I use everyday. I recently picked up 2 new one's and noticed the packaging and formula had changed. The new formula feels as if theres no product in the tube therefore feels like im just combing my lashes with nothing to prime them. Unfortunatly, won't be buying this mascara primer as it does nothing for me anymore.

Horrible! Why did they change the formula?! I’ve been using the original for 15 years. This seriously sucks! This new formula hardly does anything to add length & volume. So disappointing.

Can’t believe it took me so long to start using mascara primer. Makes my lashes stand out while still looking natural. Helps keep lashes curled. The trick I found to work best is to apply 2 coats of primer (allow to dry just a bit, not fully, between coats) and then apply mascara

I like to wear a primer on my lower lashes and could not because it’s white. I thought I would just use it up on the uppers. My eyelids started itching horribly after a couple uses. Stopped using it and the itching stopped. So disappointed as I love the Voluminous Original.

Well unfortunately I threw away the box before reading the directions. I applied it like I do my mascara thought I had to let it dry and then I went back to try to put my mascara on. It was very difficult to put my mascara on because my lashes were hard and crunchy. Then I googled the product and read you are only supposed to do one eye with the primer then apply the mascara then repeat with the other eye. Will come back and review again when I apply it right.
