Perfect red

I’ve been using this for a long time with just a touch of copper and it comes out perfect. Now I’m having trouble finding it and the others all have a violet undertone I don’t like . The only downside is if you use the color boost, I don’t care how much you wash it after coloring it will rub off on everything, so I just don’t use it

I have been using your hair color for years. I am a natural redhead, but like to play with different shades of wine, copper, and red. I've been hooked on R57, Cherry Crush for awhile now. Everyone loves this shade on me and so do I! The brightest red I've ever used and it lasts almost 8 weeks, which is long for me as my hair grows crazy fast, about an inch a month. Love your products!

Too complicated

The box came with 6 bottles, 4 of them you combine, 2 you use to wash the dye out and condition. The titles on the bottles were tiny print, long, complicated, very similarly named, and difficult to read in the instructions, so I ended up combining the wrong bottles and the color did not turn out as expected, washed out quickly and unevenly, and didn't cover my roots at all. Make sure you are very careful about which bottles should be combined. I would like to try it again in a week to fix it and see how I like the intended result, but honestly, I'm pretty nervous I'll mess it up again (or make it worse) and it should not be this complicated.

Disappointing

This product colored my hair black. Even my grey hairs were nothing but black. The sad truth is that if you have dark hair, you can't have colors unless you bleach it first. Very disappointing.

Red suds with every wash

I am a medium-dark blonde naturally and hadn't dye my hair in a while so I thought I would try red out. I have used L'Oreal before and had great results. So I bought this color 3 weeks ago and at first liked the look though not all of my hair took the dye. My roots took all the color and patches of my length still showed the blonde. And it really looked good. Then the next time I washed my hair the shampoo turned red-pink. I thought it was strange since I thought I got all the remaining dye out. And some of the color was gone when my hair dried. I know red is one of those colors that fades fast so thought nothing of it. Then it happened again and again. Now 3 weeks later most of my length is back to blonde and my roots are still as red. Felt like I had colored my hair with food coloring instead of a permanent hair dye. Maybe I got a bad box but I'm not using this again.

I’ve tried a lot of box dyes to find a burgundy that I was satisfied with. Usually they turn out lighter and oranger than on the box so I bought this and I thought it would be more red. Nope. Turned out pretty purple. Not what I wanted. But true to what it showed on the box so five stars

My Go-To company for any beauty products!!

I trust my platinum blond hair to no other company than L'Oreal. I recently dyed my hair "dusty mauve", from the Feria line and loved it. I will be going platinum blond, again, though. L'Oreal is the only hair dye that conditions and I don't get any brassiness from their blondes. I've tried all of them and just recently purchased "very platinum", just to try it out. I love L'Oreal, no matter what it is, you can't go wrong if their name is on the product!
