Awful! Very hard to remove after numerous washes! Returning!!
The new formula is awful! Returning! Clumpy, won’t wash off even with eye makeup remover…makes lashes brittle as a result. Used to love L’Oréal mascara…HATE it now!

I have used this mascara for years. Whatever this new formula is is absolutely awful. My eyes burn every time I put it on and within minutes, they are watering and causing tears to run out of my eyes and smudge the mascara.

So I love the color and just how well the mascara goes on and doesn’t budge! however… I feel like the bottle doesn’t last very long and it dries out quickly- thus the 3 stars. So for the price I’d say worth a shot! but maybe I’d like it to last just a little longer…

Formula changes makes hard to remove now
Used this mascara for 20 years but I am going to have to start using something else. It’s too hard to wash off. It’s more like a water proof mascara now. I thought it was my face wash but I bought two other face washes before I realized that it really just was the mascara. Can you go back to making the old formula? Let us know if so, so we can start buying it again.

Used to Be Great
I used the Voluminous Carbon Black for many, many years. Unfortunately, the formula has changed and the mascara is no longer what it previously was. It seems "dried" out and flakes terribly. I bought two separate tubes at stores thinking maybe they were old but that wasn't the case. I'll be looking for a new mascara as this product is not for me.
