Arrived with an old or defective lithium battery, it was extremely low on power and could not be charged. Had to buy an adapter cord to plug the radio into the wall in order to do the initial charge. Maybe Target has had these radios sitting on the shelf too long???see moreof the reviewer's review

Nice features but after a few months and only a few uses the winding handle suddenly snapped off, leaving me with no good way to charge the radio. The antenna is also so thin that it got bent when extended, but I can live with that if it could be used when I needed it. Don't buy it, it may leave...see moreof the reviewer's review
