A: Hi there Christina! We suggest using our Effaclar MAT Moisturizer as your everyday daily moisture and then laying the Clear Skin sunscreen on top of it for your SPF protection. This mattifying moisturizer for oily skin targets excess oil. We suggest applying a small amount in the palm of your hands and rubbing them together. Then, apply to one small area at a time, rubbing well. The formula should apply easily leaving a lightweight, non-greasy feel.

I understand this is fast drying, but it makes your skin immediately FEEL very dry and then it crumbs and looks gross. I’m not sure how effective it is given that a lot of it clumps and has to be brushed off. Several members of my family tried this sunscreen as well and all experienced consistently poor results. There were also complaints about the odor. I’m returning this but will be trying a different sunscreen from the same brand.

I really love that this sunscreen has a high SPF and isn't greasy at all! I definitely don't feel like it clogs my pores or has caused any pimples. However, it tends to pill/flake on my skin, even when I don't have any other skincare products on my face. I have a hard time getting this sunscreen to evenly blend out all over my face -- that's really my only complaint!

I am quite picky when it comes to SPF, and admittedly prefer moisturizers that CONTAIN SPF as opposed to finding a standalone one, but the fact that this is marketed towards acne-prone people, like myself, I was immediately intrigued. I like everything about this product, with the exception that I do have some concealers that don't seem to sit well on top of this. (I don't wear a ton of makeup anymore, and really just spot conceal) Would still absolutely recommend, because you can 100% make it work.

This mineral sunscreen is so safe for your skin. With high spf, It's suitable for hot summer coming. It absorbs well to your skin and cause no break out. I have a white skin, so I like the way it lifts up my skind tone. However, I have an oily skin, and in hot weather like summer, this sunscreen doesn't make my face oil free as it said. That's the only thing I don't like about this sunscreen.

I am in my 40s, I don't wear any makeup, and I don't swim often so I can't tell you how it will behave under cosmetics or in the water, but as a daily SPF it has been fabulous. It really does leave my face feeling mattified, smooth and dry, not at all oily, greasy or shiny. There is no fragrance, it doesn't leave any white cast on my skin like many other SPF formulas can, no oily feeling at all, no pilling, it doesn't clog my pores or make me break out at all, I absolutely love it. I don't see myself ever buying any other brand of sunscreen ever again, this is perfect for me!

The dry touch formula spreads easily and absorbs quickly. This fragrance free formula works wonders for my sensitive eczema prone skin. I tried it everyday for two weeks on my face, ears, neck, hands and arms. I had no eczema exacerbations or breakouts. I am extradinarily pleased with is sunscreen.
