This oil-free sunscreen for face also helps blur the look of fine lines, wrinkles and visible pores for younger-looking skin, and it can be used on its own or as a face primer to create a smooth skin surface for makeup application. La Roche-Posay primer sunscreen combines UVA/UVB filters for advanced protection + Antioxidants to defend against free radicals. If you are looking for a moisturizer with SPF in it, then we do suggest trying out the Anthelios SX SPF Moisturizer with Mexoryl SPF 15. This product mainly smoothes and fills in imperfections and protects skin from free radicals caused by UV rays. However, we have a recommendation. I love the Anthelios line from La Roche-Posay and particularly this primer. It has anti aging properties AND SPF 50 all in one, which is super important to keep from sun damage especially as you get older. My only drawback is the price tag, but honestly for a product that works well and does multiple jobs, it's worth it to me.

Been using this on & off for years! Just recently fell back in love with it after trying several others, This is the perfect SPF for oily acne prone skin & it does all it says! Love that it is matte yet smooths things out! (It also holds onto powder foundation better than any other primer I have tried, every time I stray and go back to it I'm reminded how good it is!! LA Roche Please never! discontinue this, It's a real winner Thank you!!!

This is the first time I've found a "matte" sunscreen that is actually matte. I have dry skin and was worried that it might dry out my face, but it doesn't. I added my usual makeup after the primer, but didn't need powder because there was no shine. It's a little bit expensive for the amount you get, but you will save money if you don't need to buy powder to go with it. I'll be buying it again.

I want to like this so much but it pills badly on my face. I’ve tried everything - giving my serums and moisturizer plenty of time to fully dry before using, giving this time to set before putting on my foundation or tinted moisturizer, etc. It doesn’t work. I have combo skin that leans heavier on the oily side. Bummer!

This product is what I had been looking for. Not only a sunscreen, it provides a base for makeup to last longer and reduces the look of unevenness in my skin with its smooth surface. I do wish it was a bit more moist to avoid the crumbling that I experience when I apply it.

I like the product. But half the way to the tube, it becomes dry. Wasting 1/2 the product. You can't squeeze out. I cut the tube to see, How much it has left. I scooped it into small container. Got almost 1/2 tube. It became dry very fast.

One of the best tinted moisturizers I’ve ever used! I love that it is also a sunscreen! It causes a blurring effect that really minimizes imperfections. I love applying it under makeup because it helps to give a more full coverage look.
