Q: I have the Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid serums. I use one during the day and 1 at night. How would I incorporate the Retinol? It says use alone.
A: Hello there Trennille! Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to hear you're enjoying our Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid serums. Retinol is a powerful ingredient, and our Retinol B3 Serum is formulated to be gentle yet effective, even for sensitive skin. Because retinol can increase skin sensitivity to the sun, we generally recommend using it only at night. Since you're already using a serum in the morning and evening, you could alternate your nighttime routine – using the Retinol B3 Serum one night and your Hyaluronic Acid Serum the next. However, given that you are already using multiple active ingredients in your routine, including vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice on incorporating retinol into your specific skincare regimen. They can assess your skin's needs and recommend the most suitable approach to avoid potential irritation or interactions. We hope this helps!

Q: The 4th ingredient is "Alcohol Denat" which is very drying to the skin. Why did you put that as the 4th ingredient?
A: Hey MR, Great question! Alcohol Denat is commonly used in skin care to ensure formula stability, emulsify ingredients, enhance skin absorption, or to preserve the product. In some cases, alcohol denat is crucial to the performance of the product.
