It fits most standard changing pads and it has an elastic that stretches and fits perfectly to pad. It is 100% polyester and machine washable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This changing cover is so soft. It seem a bit thin and I was worried about it not lasting but after a few washes, it has still held up pretty good. This is also good for simply laying it on top of a rubber changing pad when it gets a big cold.
